Brit singing sensation Sam Smith has been forced to cancel his entire Australian tour after suffering a haemorrhage on his vocal chords.
The award-winning songwriter, who has been on a drastic weight loss regime of late, said he was devastated to have to let his fans down last minute, but insisted it was for the best in a statement he released on Tuesday morning.
Sam, who was set to perform in Sydney for his second show tonight, wrote: " I am deeply, deeply saddened to tell my Australian fans, I have to cancel my Australian tour.
